David Overcash is a passionate and visionary leader who is helping organizations drive innovation in their business strategies and thinking in the data driven Digital world. He has worked with for-profit and non-profit organizations, big and small, across the world for the past 20 years. David complements his deep technical background and business savvy, with a life-long commitment to helping organizations make greater social impact. In 2010, he received the prestigious “40 under 40” award from Puget Sound Business Journal, which honors the top 40 executives in Washington state under the age of 40.
David is currently the Founder and Chairman of Golden Acts and Tatley Outpost. Golden Acts is an organization focused on helping for-profit and non-profits organizations make greater social impact in the digital world. He is fueled by his work with leaders looking to leverage digital innovations to navigate a new paradigm where employees and customers are demanding social impact and transparency. Tatley Outpost is focused on providing jobs, training, and healing for Veterans through a farm and ranch lifestyle. The endeavor seeks to create a new blue print of how non-profits, for-profits, and community organizations can work together to create sustainable programs – and in return create greater social impact.
Previously, David was the co-founder of a consulting company dedicated to designing and deploying leading edge analytic solutions and business strategies. His teams won numerous awards and appeared in many publications for their innovation and thought leadership, and the firm was consistently listed amongst the fastest growing companies and best places to work. In 2014, the firm was acquired by IBM’s largest partner in the world.
